Refund Request

To request a refund for your tour booking, please complete the form below.

Important: This form must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your tour in order to be eligible for a refund.

After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirmation with a unique tracking reference. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder.  If you haven’t received it after 15 minutes, you may re-submit the form once, making sure your email address is entered correctly.

While our policy allows up to 30 days for refund processing, most requests are completed within 7 days. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. If we require any additional information, we’ll contact you directly.
