Catching a bus from the Pistoia train station to Pistoia Sotterranea: After exiting the station, cross the street to Piazza D. Alighieri (Staz. 2) and catch bus #5, #4, #8, or #15. Get off at Cinema Lux, then walk about 7 minutes (550 meters) to the ticket office at Ripa della Comunità 18.

You can drive to Pistoia from nearby cities via:
- A11 (Firenze–Mare) motorway – Exit at Pistoia, then follow signs to the city center / centro storico.
- Use navigation: “Via Ripa della Comunità 18, Pistoia”
The museum is located inside the limited traffic zone (ZTL). We recommend parking outside the ZTL and walking in.
