Where is Pistoia Sotterranea?
Please meet at the ticket office located at Ripa della Comunità, 18, 51100 Pistoia PT, Italy. This is where the tour starts and ends.

From the ticket office, your guide will accompany you to the entrance of the underground museum, which is located in Piazza San Lorenzo. It’s just a short walk—and the adventure begins!

The tour lasts about 60 minutes and includes a guided walk through the main underground route.
Is there a family ticket or group rate?
Yes - families (2 adults + 2 children) and groups of over 15 people can enjoy discounted prices.

All tours are guided by an expert who will bring the underground stories to life.
Is the site wheelchair accessible?
Some parts of the underground path have uneven flooring and steps, so unfortunately the tour is not fully wheelchair accessible at this time.
